Across January–September, the count reached 41,138 sales, 20.40% below the same period in 2025. Registered value nevertheless increased 3.30% to LBP 407.10 trillion, approximately $4.55 billion at the report’s exchange rate of LBP 89,500 per US dollar.
Baitiq context: September’s rebound and the weaker annual transaction count describe different comparisons. A rise in total registered value is not a national home-price index: the mix of property types, sizes and locations can change. Use this update alongside local comparable properties, rather than treating it as evidence that an individual apartment has appreciated.
